Can't open WordPress at all

    Okey guys I don’t know what has happened but something is really messed up. I am using xampp for hosting my website on my PC. I was trying to change just one line in the property.php file and I got this error. So what happened next:
    1. I tried to edit the error = No success
    2. Tried to upload the file (the original file from the theme) = no success
    3. I deleted the whole theme from htdocs = no success
    I got this Parse error for syntax problem in .php file. I tried fixing it but nothing is helping. I’ve deleted the theme completely from my host and still when I try to open localhost/wordpress I got the error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘wpestate’ (T_STRING) in C:\xampp2\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\wpresidence\libs\property.php on line 125

    Please help me if you can cause I really don’t know what to do now.
