The user (subscriber) toolbar that shows on the top of the wordpress page when a user is logged in, is showing an icon for Contact From DB. IT is allowing them to view the entire database. How do I remove this shortcut. I want them to limited to only seeing there orders and not everyone else’s. They see this when they click on there profile link on the top of the wordpress page

The administration pages cannot be limited to allow a person to see only his own submitted data. But you can control who can access the page.

There are a couple of setting in the Options page:

    (1) “Allow only Administrators to see CFDB administration screens”

    or

    (2) “Can See Submission data” which applies to that admin page but not the output of shortcodes.

This is different than: “Can See Submission when using shortcodes” which you probably want so that people can see the results of short codes on the page

Trivia: the difference between (1) and (2) is only meaningful if you have the CFDB Editor upgrade wherein you set (2) so that people can edit data displayed in a short code but might set (1) so that they cannot see the admin page and edit all the data.
