Adding Sidebar categories

    hello,
    I want to asked that how i can add sidebar categories instead of header categories
    i.e, I have Audio category on header but i want to ad an extra category on sidebar name VIDEO now how i can add video category in side bar and there not show audio category on my side bar
    different category on header and different on sidebar … both categories not combines at sidebar
