Admin Color Scheme LIGHT has errors

I’ve checked a dozen or so of my sites and the light admin scheme has a problem displaying dropdowns from the title bar. For example New>User is only seen if you scroll down the entire drop down panel…each item highlights when hovered but the panel remains white and no text seen until hovered.

It’s OK in other color schemes.

Is there an easy quick fix for this…and will there be a fix for 4.0.2?
