Adjusting Advanced Fields

    I’d like to slightly customize a couple of the advanced form fields. I’d like “Phone” to only have the area code & number. Likewise, I would like the “Address” field to only have Address 1, Address 2, City, State, & Zip Code (with US states.) Is this possible?
