Conflicts with CommentPress

I’ve tried using your plugin in tandem with: CommentPress: http://futureofthebook.org/commentpress/support/using-commentpress/

It’s likely some javescript problem. Your editor works – seems to do everything but when it’s activated it disables the commenting and viewing comment functions of commentpress. I’m not seeing any wordpress errors related to either plugin.
