user not reconized

i just installed your plugin on a multi site install.
Right after clicking network activate as suggested i am logged out.
No settings no nothing asked
So.. i wanted to login and looked in htaccess to see whats up, the rules from the plugin are there and for some reason they where filled with some info which seemed somehow familiar to me. I think they where from a previous attempt a year ago.
Being able to see the url which i should use was nice, but i cant login there. Login page appears but my normal user account is not reconized.
Where can i find that info and perhaps u can prevent this from happening to other users?
