The header in p2 should optimally be a maximum of 980px by 120px.
If you provide a link to the file you were trying to use in your media library I’ll be glad to do some testing with it on p2 at my end.
Oh my apologies, I was looking at the wrong theme. 😉
You do have the correct image dimensions for Parament, so it would be great if I could get ahold of your image so I can test it out and see what’s going on. Thanks!
Hi Kathryn
Thanks for you reply.
A sample of a header that does not work can be found here:

Guy
Thanks! As you can see in this screenshot I was able to upload your image as a header fine on my test install, so something else must be going on:

If you could please answer these troubleshooting questions, that would be very helpful:
– Do you have a test installation with Parament and the non-appearing header where I might be able to see this in action?
– What version of Parament is it?
– Do you not see the header in multiple browsers, or just one?
– If it’s only happening in one browser, which one? Could you try turning off all extensions or add-ons and see if it appears?
– Try turning off all your plugins. If the header appears, turn them back on one-by-one to find the conflict.
One more question: did you make any edits to the Parament theme files? If you did, could you try a fresh install of Parament without any modifications and see how it goes?
After writing all this , I tried something that I learned while writing ASP/.net sites… I gave modify permission to “IIS_IUSRS” on the physical folder of the website.
And … it solved the problem.
Wow! I’m so glad you figured it out – thanks for letting me know. 🙂
