feed widget problem

Hi,
I have some problem with feed widget on my server. When I used it to pull new from other site(unicode charset) the characters were broken.

I Tried with one blog on http//www.wordpress.com things are ok.

Does anyone know the reason why?

I used the samte skin for both.
