webpage no longer showing up

Hello,

I am no longer able to see my homepage.
I have not made any changes to files (or upgraded or installed any plugins) on my wordpress installation from the time it was working to the time that I was first alerted to the site being down..

I have done the following things to try to reverse
I have restored the SQL database from a previously working version…
I can login to my wp-admin…
and see all my posts and plugins there..

But when I open the URL as a user, all I see is this:

Any ideas on what to troubleshoot or check next? I am new to WordPress, so the structures and common issues are not known to me, and a search of the keywords, and other posts have not provided me any solutions…

Someone please advise, desperate to get the site back on air!
