    Hi Gary,

    We haven’t experienced that problem. If you prefer you can open a private ticket (support is free for all plugin versions) at http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/contact-us and please indicate with WP version are you using and if the “add media” button disappears or just does nothing with clicked.
