• I don’t know what all the rules are about getting help with certain themes, but I can’t ask the place that I got the theme unless I buy the “Premium Version” so I’m kinda stuck.

I am trying to make a vertical line going down the middle of the homepage to sort out the articles better. Don’t like just the white space.

Any idea how I could do this?

  • I’m sorry but if you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.

Figured as much. Well, I’m stuck then. Know everyone is just doing their job, but yeah, damn.

Where did you download this theme from?

I can’t access their forums, but I’ve tried emailing them. They answered the first few questions then said they weren’t allowed to give me anymore support cause of “limited resources” for non-paying customers. I’ll be looking for a new theme soon. Just didn’t know it was gonna be a problem until after I gave a full weekend within the CSS. Themes like this are just easier for newer wordpress users.

Consider ditching their theme if they’re not providing support for it, as we don’t provide support either.

    Try using a theme distributed on WordPress.org http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ .

Edit: I think it is unacceptable that people have to first feed themselves before they make themes.

Personally, I think it’s perfectly acceptable for theme developers to change for theme support. After all, you got the theme for free yet they still have to earn a living.

Like I said, know everyone is just doing their jobs. Doesn’t really bother me that they want money to offer support–I’m choosing not to pay for it and choosing not to use a wordpress.org theme, so it’s on me, but still annoying, haha.

    Thanks guys.
