Customize Title with Non-WordPress pages

    I run an online site that offers several version of the bible, all created using a custom script. I have tried to integrate these page into my wordpress site and have succeeded. That is all but the titles. Since they are not WordPress pages, but created using the custom script, is there a way to modify the page title?
