    I’m just going to tell my symptoms and see if you guys have any ideas.

    We’ve been using Jetpack stats for almost a year on a multi-site setup with about 70 sites on it. It’s worked great. I have a plugin that gets the reads for a given post and renders them in a little social bar I made.

    About 3 weeks ago about 80% of the posts on our network went to 0 reads. But not all the posts. Some still have the right number.

    Some of the sites on the network have 0 for ALL posts.

    I’ve done some checking, and I’m really getting 0 from Jetpack.

    I don’t think it’s our API keys, everything else in Jetpack seems to be working fine.

    What would do this? Are the numbers being updated and I’m simply not getting them? Did we lose all the numbers we had?

    I’m not even sure where to look at this point.

    Do you experience issues with all Jetpack Stats (in Jetpack > Site Stats), or only with your custom Social Stats Bar?

    It appears that it’s with all stats. For the page I’m using for testing, Jetpack > Site Stats says it has 2 views, whereas stats_get_csv() says it has 4, and because I’m doing deliberate stress testing I know it should have many many more than that.

    Sure, you can take a look at http://fnvikings.com/ It’s a dev server, so the site itself has some chaotic data, but the posts in question are solid.

    This one has had 4 views for about a week now, and I click on it all the time from a clean browser.

    I tried accessing the post from different browsers, and my views were counted properly, both in Jetpack Stats and through the WordPress.com Stats API.

    I also see more than 4 views for that post in the past week.

    One more question here and I think we might have it, or I’ll contact you via the other form.

    Right now on post number 9 I see 18 page views in the stats dashboard, but stats_get_csv() is returning 32.

    Is it normal for that disparity to be there? Are they updated at different times, and would normalize if I quit poking at the pages?

    Or am I actually doing something Wrong?

    Ok, I figured that part out, the panel was only showing the past 7 days.

    I’m going to close this ticket, I think any other issues I may have are unrelated.
