I just upgraded from 1.6.8 to version 2.1.3 in a hope that I would be able to schedule a backup multiple times a day.

How can I schedule the backup to happen at a specific time of a day?

You can control the schedule time by defining the HMBKP_SCHEDULE_TIME constant in your wp-config.php file.
