I cannot Upload

    I got WordPress from ipowerweb hosting since last night im trying to setup my upload section no matter what i do always gives me this:

    “It doesn’t look like you can use the file upload feature at this time because the directory you have specified (/home/digitala/public_html/WordPress/wp-content) doesn’t appear to be writable by WordPress. Check the permissions on the directory and for typos.”

    WHY? Please tell me what should i do?

    do exactly what the error message said:

    Check the permissions on the directory : (/home/digitala/public_html/WordPress/wp-content)

    It needs to be writable, JUST LIKE IT SAYS.
