Special characters not listed

Hi,

In estonia we have letters: Ä, Ö, Ü, etc. If this one letter occur in word, then its replaced by “�”

For example:
Last Post By: HerrJanks in Pokkerip�evikud. It should be: Last Post By: HerrJanks in Pokkeripäevikud.
