Publishing standings

Hi all,
i need to publish a soccer standings but:
– i’m using a PC program to handle teams, matches and standings
– i don’t want to re-enter the matches
– i’d like to export some kind of data from the PC program and refresh the standings pages

Any idea?
– Export a static page (??)
– Export xml data, refresh the data via FTP, and static page to parse xml data
– data in DB and the program connect the DB modifying the data
– any magic plugin that imports the data
