BackUpWordPress has detected a problem. wp-cron.php is returning a 403 response which could mean cron jobs aren’t getting fired properly. BackUpWordPress relies on wp-cron to run scheduled back ups. See the FAQ for more details.I’

I’m unable to identify the cause of the 403. There’s no blockage from htaccess or wp-config or my host.

What the url of the site your seeing the issue on?

There is no url. It just shows that error in the plugin options.

Are you still seeing the error in BackUpWordPress?

http://www.onlinemonetizing.info/wp-cron.php is giving a 200 response to me.

If the issue is still happening it’s likely that your host is blocking requests that come back to the same server, I’d recommend contacting them.

Cloudflare was somehow interfering with wp-cron. Contacting cloudflare support now.
