Problems adding shortcode

    Hi,

    I am copying and pasting shortcode from the author of the theme’s preview page, but it doesn’t do anything, just puts the shortcode onto my page. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to download the shortcode seperately or does it normally come within the theme? I’m new to this and feel as though I’m really struggling!

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Elogix and any shortcode that I try. Below is the one I’m really after though!
