[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] Cookie Requirement Broke Cron Jobs

I was running cron jobs from cPanel instead of WP and started getting emails when they ran with Javascript code requiring cookies.

Unfortunately, I had to disable WordPress HTTPS to get the cron jobs to work. I gave more details in a post about the cookies.
