Permalink Help

Hello everyone,

I need some help changing php code as this is a bit above my level.

I have a page that has an internal menu built into the template on the left-hand side, but those pages are showing the numeric value as the permalink. In the permalink setting it is set to show post name, but because the way this theme is set up, the pages on this particular section are showing the numeric values.

The page in question is : http://www.charlesifergan.com/services/ It can be linked to from the main nav.

My question is, how do I get those pages to show up named how they are on the wordpress dashboard? For example, the page 173 is coded as Permalink: http://www.charlesIfergan.com/bridal-services/ in the edit page function of the dashboard, but it shows up as http://www.charlesifergan.com/?page_id=175 on the site (brides left-side nav item on services page).

If anyone knows what code to add/change to solve this that would be greatly appreciated!
