[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] HomePage Title is taking category Description

Hello Guys I am having a problem with the Yoast Plugin. The Homepage Title Tag is taking the category Description of the main content. i already inserted the Title Tag for the Homepage separately as Price N Fees – Twisting social Media and android news. But its not showing up for my homepage.

Here is the header code below
