Appearance > Menus greyed out! Help!

    Every time I go to edit my Appearance > Menus the page loads and you can select and edit everything for about 1 second then it all turns grey and you can’t select or edit anything.

    I really need to edit my menus on my website. Any ideas??

    I am using a Mac and have tried two different browsers. I have also tried deactivating all the plug-ins but that doesn’t work.

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
