Error while uploading WordPress Software

    Hi,
    I encountered a problem while I update my wordpress firmware.
    I own this domain
    http://www.vired.it
    and when I tryed to upload the wordpress version using the control
    panel everything was done but after that I couldn’t see anymore my
    website. If you try you can see that it shown an internal server error
    and I don’t know what to do to solve it.
    Can you help me? even the address vired.it/wp-admin doesn’t work anymore.

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    – re-running the upgrade via wp-admin/upgrade.php

    Thanks for your help, however when I go into my ftp folder I cannote see wordpress folders… I just see general folders from the php pages but no “wp” folders so I can’t see any of my content…
