Database error

Hi!

I installed thinkupapp.com on my site http://rblo.dk where I also had a WordPress site. It seemed like it broke my database. I have tried to repair the database without luck. Any suggestions for what I can do about it? Here’s a screenshot of my database: http://i.imgur.com/TPEQO.jpg
