Delete the file ‘wp-db.php’ and reupload a new one.
It is probably a file transfer error, but post back if it persists.
Don’t overwrite the old file, delete it first.

that solved but now i get

a new load does not fix it.
Looks like you are having transfer errors.
How exactly are you uploading ?
I would delete everything inside the /wp-includes directory and then re-upload.

i am using a mac and i upload with cute ftp. should i try something else? i will try to replace my files

i had my sister upload the files from her windows computer and ev everything worked fine. must have been an issue with either mac or my cute ftp… anyway all is good now.
