WordPress Conflict and Functionality Issue

Can anyone help me?

I recently had a developer customise a wordpress theme for me, but it all seemed to go tits up today when I tried adding another adbox. Its ended up messing with my jquery sliding panel, and also my page that appears when the ‘post a job’ button is clicked.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this? My developer has gone quiet on me.

Im also having a problem with hosting jobs whereby when someone tries to host a feature post, they get charged for the job posting and the feature post. The theme is told somewhere in the code to charge for both, but I cant find a way to make it just charge for the feature posting. Suggestions would be amazing here please.
