  • Have you tried resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting? If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

You are not using default permalinks.

ah, ok. I did not know they had been changed as I do not know how to change them. I will look into that, thanks for the quick help.

    See Settings -> Permalinks.

well, it is still doing it after changing back to default.
Tried changing back to custom again just to see and now it wont go to custom. thoughts?

Not sure about why you’re having problems with your permalinks but you do need to check the ids for your Special Pages via Settings -> eShop -> Special Pages. Looks like you have some incorrect page ids in there.

is there a way to restore eshop to defaults? tried to delete the plugin and reinstall but it seems to remember my settings. I think i should start over from scratch.

cant seem to find a help page with the default settings either.

yes, the page ids were jacked up for sure.

changed them back to what i think is default.
automatically created pages now set to
    15
    16
    17
    18
    20

cart will go to checkout now, but i still cannot update or make changes to it.

It might be worth deactivating and then deleting eShop. Next, delete all of the Special Pages. Finally re-install eShop and see if that helps. Be warned that you will lose all of your product data and have to re-enter it all again as eShop removes all of its custom tables when it is deleted.

Addendum: Just noticed your posts on the quirm.net support forum. They’d got caught in the spam filter. As you’ve now posted here, I’ve deleted them but, if that ever happens again in future, just wait a few hours before re-posting. I check the quirm.net forums every few hours and will release & answer any filtered posts as soon as I see them.

that is fine. I did as stated above and it does not full load eshop back to my site when i install and activate. IE: the 6 pages it adds are still in the trash. and it still has all my settings.

have another way to remove everything? clean sweep so to speak, to get a fresh install
