SVN Commit Failed

    I am getting the following error when trying to commit to the WordPress SVN.

    Commit failed (details follow):
    access to ‘/!svn/act/5cfb12a5-a9fd-4372-80f3-c7fc70845c3c’ forbidden

    I have verified my user name and password.

    What is going on?
