Best plugin for adding META data to individual pages/posts

    Dear WP community,

    What is the best plugin for adding META data to individual pages/posts?

    I have tried a few, but they only allow you to add the same META data to all pages / posts (Plugin: Simple Meta Tag)

    I am looking for a plugin (or any hack) that will allow me to add unique META for title, description, keywords.
