Theme Switcher Error

Hi! I just installed the theme switcher plugin and its working fine on my site but in my admin panel I get these errors on the very top of page and rest everything is fine. They just look ugly.

I saw this post http://wordpress.org/support/topic/32855 and I tried to do whats suggested here http://codex.wordpress.org/Answers-Trouble_Shooting#Headers_already_sent on the wp-admin/admin.php file but it did not help.

Can someone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks!
