Group post by taxonomy

Hi all,I created a simple portfolio with a custom taxonomy called “work” and sub-categories (for example “magazine 2011”),what i want is group posts together by sorting them into various taxonomies,like that:

magazine 2011

• post1
• post2
• post3
• post4

ecc..
How i can do that?Because if i use get_the_term_list function,displays “magazine 2011” for all posts.
