it depends where you want the ads. You can put them in your sidebars by dropping the code in a text widget
Elsewhere in the theme, you need to code them in, or search for plugins
finally, linking name to account, do you mean here? You don’t. It’ll happen over time if you are active here

Oh, but I´m still gonna need to write the adress somewhere, right? So that it can kick in once I´ve been active long enough.

Up on the top right, you’ll see View Your Profile
Go there, then again on the right you’ll see Edit.
You can put your website there, along with other links to go in your profile if you have several blogs
