looking for menu and sidebars

    I’ve just switched to this theme in an attempt to set up sidebars, and I find that there is no mention of them. Nor can I get access to my Menu – or Navigation Bar, which has just picked up every page I have created. Also, there is a huge gap between the header and the content. This is possibly because when I activated the Theme, my header was in the footer position, so I tried to change it. I’d be most grateful for any advice.
