Mail Mint Analytics on a Multi Site Environment

    We are using a agency license on a WordPress multi-site. The individual subsites are able to manage their own contacts and campaigns but the analytics show a combined view of all contacts and emails from every site. How can we filter the analytics to specific sites?

    Thank you for reaching out and for the detailed context!

    Currently, Mail Mint’s analytics are scoped at the network level in a WordPress multisite environment, meaning the analytics view shows combined data across all subsites. There is currently no built-in filter within the analytics screen to isolate data by individual subsite.

    We understand this is a significant limitation for the multisite environment. We plan to work on it and will be released in an upcoming update.

    We’ll make sure to include this in our release notes so you’ll know exactly when it’s available.
