background issue

Hey I am about to set up my wordpress loop. But I have to figure out a problem with my background.
You see the problem on http://www.turbodesign.no/jussys/

The content wrapper pushes the footer down, and I put a backgr image in the content wrapper, but it won’t show?
Maybe this ain the right solution anyway.
Please help.
