Wordfence blocking countries

I’m new to wordpress and I’m trying to help a charity (for free) to set up wordfence to block foriegn countries from accessing the entire site. The video shows a country list but all I have is a world map that is disabled and i can’t select any countries to block. The charity can’t afford the Premium price.
