False positive for PressApps Knowledge Base?

    Could it be that an incorrect security vulnerability message was sent? I received a warning “The plugin “PressApps Knowledge Base” has a security vulnerability.” but the vulnerability actually refers to an additional plugin for this plugin. Or did I get something wrong?

    Hi @pettersson, thanks for getting in touch.

    Yes, the PressApps Knowledge Base Contextual Sidebar Addon for PressApps Knowledge Base is the source of the issue but the code is likely to have been included and just activates upon purchase. The plugin will be flagged until the developer submits a fix and verifies it with Patchstack, who originally reported the issue.
