I’m not sure it’s appropriate for me to discuss the Pro version info here, as discussing paid versions in the WordPress support forums is against directory policy (You can read more about the WordPress forum policies here.) – I will continue to chat with you in private and send you the comparison.
To change the text color/background of chat you would need the paid version which includes the theme customizer add-on. This allows you to manually select colors or generate beautiful themes using AI. The other option would be to inspect element in the browser and see what CSS you are trying to change and adjust the CSS in your themes custom style sheet.

I see other plugin authors mention the features in paid version in the details of the plugin. You can also do that (if wordpress policy allows). It would be helpful for people to take an informed decision. Regards
