Automatic email setting

Good morning,
I have created a form for the booking function of a bed & breakfast.
The form requires the user to fill in the requested information and, once submitted, an email should be sent to the B&B manager, while a second automatic email should be sent to the email address provided by the guest who made the booking request.

I have enabled the “Mail 2” option in Contact Form 7 to set up the automatic email, but when I test the form submission, the automatic email is always sent to the email address associated with WordPress, instead of reading and using the email address entered by the guest in the form.
