Wordfence preventing login

According to my sites host, wordfence is preventing me from logging into my sites dashboard. The only way I’m able to log in now is to disable the Wordfence app. The error logs are not in the Wordfence app either so my sites host couldn’t figure out why Wordfence is doing this. All they could do for me was go into my site (toliveanddateinla.co) & disable Wordfence app plugin so that I could log in.
