Hello, it is not possible to register on my site. After submitting the registration form, you are taken to the login page with the message: Important: Our website is currently undergoing maintenance. Please check back soon.
The user is not created.

No. That`s the point. I have no Maintenance installed

You have caching active and you may have got a cached page from a recent WP or plugin update.

Try to disable caching for the UM pages.
