    Hello,

    I have encountered the following error on three Wordfence installations that were previously working correctly:

    Scan failed: wp_remote_post() test to noc1.wordfence.com failed! Response was: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to noc1.wordfence.com port 443 after 3006 ms: Could not connect to server.

    I have followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps and contacted my ISP to check for any communication blocks. Since the issue persists, I would like to ask if you have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem. Could you confirm if my IP address might be blocked on your servers?

    Hi @jvcoutinho,

    Thank you for reaching out! Please check with your host to ensure they’re not blocking outbound connections to noc1.wordfence.com.

    If you have a shell on the server, they can try running curl -v https://noc1.wordfence.com/ and send us the output. It’s not a perfect test since it’s not within PHP, but it may show if the server’s resolver is getting the wrong IP.

    If you can’t run it on the server, please ask your host to try it and send us the output. You can email the output to wftest @ wordfence . com if you don’t want to send that on the forums. Please use your forum username as the subject and let me know here once you’ve sent that!
