PlugIn admin without DashBoard

Is there a way I can allow a client access to a plugin admin page without giving them access to the WordPress admin page?

This is so the client can add/change items in a shopping cart plugin but not have access to other parts of the WP admin.

If this cannot be done with any shopping cart, is there one that has a separate data entry area for the client that doesn’t need to pass through DashBoard?
