It might be due to a Javascript conflict with other installed plugins or your browser extensions, in order to pinpoint the issue, if possible please share a screenshot from your browser console logs:

You can try following these steps to identify the issue:
1. Try opening the form editor in incognito or private tab
2. Use a different browser and check how it works on other browsers
3. If it was working fine on other browsers please clear your browser cache and disable the browser extensions, some of them can cause conflicts

The issue was due to a plugin conflict, but it has now been resolved.
