Hi @onisforos,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the free shipping option.
As a first step, please ensure that the ‘Free Shipping’ method is correctly configured in your WooCommerce settings.
Please share with us a screenshot of how you’ve set up your free shipping options. I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot—it’s very helpful!
To investigate further, can you recall if this issue has been happening since the beginning or if it started more recently? Any details about when it began can help us pinpoint the cause.
Additionally, it would be useful to review your current System Status Report to better understand your setup. You can generate this report by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard. From there, click Get system report and then Copy for support.
Please paste the report into a Code block in your reply, or you can use pastebin.com and share the link with us.
Looking forward to your reply so we can assist further!
Hello,
The first site faced the issue for the first time on the 18th of November. I didn’t think of it at the time as the orders were scarse. Now the orders have picked up due to the Christmas season, the issue intensified so we had to disable free shipping all along. Here is the Woo status for the first site https://pastebin.com/JRaDPudd
The second site faced this issue on Saturday the 7th of December for the first time. It was only enabled the day before. Here its woo status https://pastebin.com/hF1rv2BM
I remain at your disposal
Hi there!
Thank you for sharing the SSR. I can see that you are using more than 50 plugins on your site, which means one of them might be causing this issue. For testing purposes, I added the Free Shipping method on my test site, and it appears to be working fine.
To troubleshoot further:
When saving the settings for the Free Shipping method, can you try entering the “Minimum Order Amount” without the decimal and the numbers after the decimal (e.g., €125 instead of €125,00)?
Note: After saving the changes, the decimal or dot will automatically appear in the cost.
I’ve seen multiple users resolve this issue by entering the amount without decimals.
If this does not help, I suggest running a conflict test by following the instructions in this article:
How to Test for Conflicts
Let me know how that goes.
