Hi @gmanz73,
Thanks for reaching out.
I understand you recently switched to a new server and your URL changed from http://www.website.com to website.com, and are concerned if disconnecting your store would lead to any data loss.
Firstly, I’d like to assure you that changing the site URL in WooCommerce should not cause any loss of important site information. WooCommerce stores product, order, and customer data separately from the site’s URL.
However, it’s always a good idea to create a full backup of your store before making any major changes, just in case, you can always be able to restore to a previous working version.
As for the issue with the Affirm plugin, it appears that the change in the site URL may have caused the disconnection. After you’ve updated the site URL in your WooCommerce.com account, you should be able to reconnect the Affirm plugin without any issues.
Let us know if you face any difficulties after disconnecting and reconnecting with the new URL.

Hello @gmanz73,
Could you please try the steps mentioned here to disconnect the WooCommerce.com account from WP Admin Dashboard directly?
Please let us know how it goes. If you see any error message, please share a screenshot with us to investigate this further. You can use https://prnt.sc/ or https://snipboard.io to share screenshots here.
Thanks!
