[Plugin: wp-mpdf] dissable annotations

sorry for delay, i had many things to do 🙂

i found that the settings can be made in wp-mpdf.php file
on line 163 by setting it to false
$mpdf->title2annots = false;

I have another problem that equations from plugin wp-latex doesnt show
you can see it on those pdfs at the end (black box). I thing that in older versions this was generated correctly.
