Elementor Editor + FiboSearch

    Hi there,

    I’m using [fibosearch] on a page with the Elementor page editor. The search section is showing up as expected but actual searches can only be run on the front-end. It seems like the AJAX functionality isn’t triggering. when in edit-mode.

    What code is needed to show the search results in the Elementor page editor? Happy to work with functions.php, code snippets or something else.

    Hi @extendio

    FiboSearch will not work on the back-end or page editor. This is a plugin that was created to run on the front end. We do not allow it to run in wp-admin or other back-end zones.
    May I ask why you want FiboSearch to work in the mentioned editor?

    Is there any way to override that backend restriction? Maybe through a filter?
